Vacuum packaging – is a method of preserving freshness (primary properties) of the product, which makes it possible to increase shelf life up to 5 times.

This is achieved due to:

– removal of air from the package;

– limitation of the growth of aerobic bacteria and fungi;

– prevention of growth of microorganisms inside the package.
